A wacky pub inside with a great atmosphere and plenty to see. The toilets are hidden behind a bookcase and unless you ask someone or already know you wouldn't find them, made it even more of a fun place to visit.

We were a party of four My husband and I had a Groupon voucher that we were gifted for Xmas. 2 drinks 2mains 2desserts Food was lovely although they were out of fish. Piping hot,very tasty. My husband had katsu curry said was very nice but portion abit small. All staff super friendly. Especially the bar person called Arizona ,very efficient and nothing was to much trouble for him. We all had a great night 😁

A really cool bar with a really fun atmosphere. Despite being a big place, it gets packed up very quickly, particularly at the weekend, so reserving a table is a good idea. There is a great selection of drinks and the food is surprisingly affordable, given that the quality is decent. A very fun spot for a few drinks or a stop on a night out.

Popped in for a quiet afternoon drink on our first day in Nottingham, didn't have any food but we will definitely be back! This place is awesome, the decor is fantastic, my eyes were on stalks trying to take it all in! Loved the creative cocktail names (7 deadly sins and the 7 virtues), can't wait to try those as well! We loved the single booth vampire thrones and how interestingly the whole place was laid out. Staff were friendly and looking for the toilet was an adventure.

We had drinks and food here prior to Marilyn Manson gig. Very impressed with cocktails menu. We ordered burgers which were okay. The decor was amazing gothic horror theme, toilets downstairs via bookcase. The music was great playing gothic metal,rock & industrial. I would recommend booking a table via website if you are going prior to a gig as it can get pretty busy you go to the bar to find out which table you have reserved. The app was not working to order our food&drinks so we had to go to bar. The queue were long but it is to be expected prior to a gig. We definitely come here again.

An absolute MUST gothic visit! Gorgeous interior with quirky features and a dark aesthetic. Staff were super pleasant and the food was amazing! (Also an epic playlist!) The 7 deadly sins cocktails are an absolute treat- highly recommend. Made a birthday goth very happy :)

Great place to enjoy quirky cocktails and a very gothic, rock friendly vibe. A really cool place for rock and metal fans to spend the evening. The decor is really cool and walking through a bookshelf door to reach the toilets never loses its novelty.

We started our pub crawl here. We wanted to visit off the wall pubs in Nottingham, avoiding the mainstream chains. Pit and Pendulum did not disappoint. From all the nooks and crannies, to the hidden toilet doors and booths with headstones, there was quite the atmosphere. And the music, ranging from heavy metal to 80s pop. Loved it!! Didn't eat here but I can day that the wine was good :-) I would definitely recommend this pub, even if its just for a drink and thw great photo opportunities!!

Had a delish meal with my group of friends here today! The portions were perfect, the waiters and waitresses were kind and friendly. We enjoyed our time there a lot, and will definitely come back when/if we're in Nottingham again!
